Katrine Borg Skeie

Owner, General Manager & Chef
Katrine was an apprentice at Mathuset Solvold, and worked there as a cook after a period around Norway and Denmark where she worked at Le Canard, Solsiden (Oslo) and Koch (Aarhus) and Skarsnuten in Hemsedal. Norwegian champion for apprentices in 2004. Trained sommelier from the Beverage academy.

Geir Skeie

Owner
Geir has experience from Mathuset Solvold, Le Canard, Solsiden, Palace Grill and Skarsnuten. He won the Bocouse d`Or Europe in 2008.

Alex Hickman

Restaurant Manager
Alex has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Started as a waiter at a young age in Great Britain. He has worked in the hotel, bar and restaurant industry for many years and is a service-minded person down to the tips of his fingers, everything can be fixed. Before he started with us at Brygga 11, he worked at Hotel Meudon in Cornwall as restaurant and bar manager.

Klâvs Rudzîts

Head Chef
Klavs was head chef at Brygga 11 in Stord and has been with B11 Skarsnuten, he has also worked many seasons with us here at Brygga 11 in Sandefjord. He is a dedicated chef, and has worked with fish and shellfish for "all" years. A mood spreader who is going to cook a lot of good food and life and stir things up in the future

Hanne Fossum

Marketing & Booking Manager
Hanne has worked as a waiter at Mathuset Solvold, and later worked at the reception at Park Hotel in Sandefjord and as food & beverage manager at Scandic Byparken in Bergen. Takes care of all bookings for small and large groups. And all marketing of the restaurant.
