Katrine was apprentice at Mathuset Solvold, and worked there as a chef after a period around Norway and Denmark where she worked at Le Canard, Solsiden (Oslo) and Koch (Aarhus) and Skarsnuten in Hemsedal.

Winner of Kokkenes kamp on Tv2, been Norwegian champion several times and winner of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or 2009.
Now working with Pink Fish, a regular casual seafood chain that will conquer the world.
Christoffer has a long career at Brygga 11 and has worked here for a total of 5 seasons. Worked as a café manager at SMAK, before he took the trip down to Brygga 11 again, as a restaurant manager.
Educated sommelier at Norsk Sommelier education.
Nick has been at Brygga 11 for a total of 6 years, with a stay where he worked as a chef at the Station in Tønsberg. Before joining us, he worked at Katajanokan Casino and Kulosaaren Casino in Finland, among others.
Hanne has worked as a waiter at Mathuset Solvold, and later worked in the reception at Park Hotel in Sandefjord and as a food & beverage manager at Scandic Byparken in Bergen.
